Aloo Tikki Chaat

Ingredients
- Potatoes 6
- Bread crumbs 4 breads
- White peas 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt
- Tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
- Curd beaten 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves a handful
- Onion 2
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Oil as desired
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and mash them
- Soak white peas overnight.pressure cook it by adding water for 2-3 whistles.
- Add chopped coriander leaves ,green chilli,all spices ,salt and bread crumbs .
- Make tikkis.Shallow fry these tikkis over tawa.
- For assembling put tikkis.add chopped onions coriander leaves over it.
- Add tamarind chutney and beaten curd over it.sprinkle red chilli powder.
- Enjoy delicious aloo tikki.
