Aloo Tikki Burger

Ingredients
- 6 boiled potatoes
- 1 onion sliced into ring shape
- 1 to mato cut into ring slice
- 1 cumcumber slicely cut
- Cheese slice optional
- Salt
- 1/2 tspn Red chilli powder
- 1 tspn chat masala
- Green chutney
- Tomato ketchup
- Oil or butter
- Lettuce or Cabbage leaves
Instructions
- Boil the pitatoes. Let them cool down. Peel it and mash it. Now add salt to taste, red chilli powder and chat masala. Now mix it properly so that the ingredients are mix to each other properly.
- Now grease your palm with oil and take 1 scoop of mixture on the hand. Make tikki of it. Now this way all the tikkis of the mixture. Now heat the psn and brush it with oil. Put the Tikkis on it. When t starts getting brown from bottom then flip it.
- Now again let it get brown from the other side. When it starts getting crispy transfer it on the plate. Now cut the bun from the middle side. Means make 2 slices. Toast it on the tawa by putting some butter on it. Now transfer the bun on the plate.
- Lets start plating. Spread some green chutney on one side of the bun. Now keep lettuce leave and onion slicethen tikki. On tikki sprinkle some chat masala and put tomato slice on it. Now again spread some chutney on the other. Bun.
- Now put it on the other bun. Our Aloo Tikki Burger is ready to eat with ketchup.
