All time favourite of just about everybody- Piping hot Aloo parathas.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Water as needed
  • Boiled and grated potatoes 2
  • Green corainder leaves finely chopped, ½ cup
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Knead chapati dough. Mix the potatoes, green coriander, salt and red chilli powder together. Roll out a chapati. Stuff this filling.
  • Make parathas. Cook on a tawa on a low flame. Smear pure ghee while cooking. Serve piping hot.

Notes

Adjust seasonings as per taste and preference.
