These are the Aloo Paneer Rings, they are stuffed with Potatoes, Paneer, Bread slices, Some spices, Onions, and lots of chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients Â
- 1 Potato Large boiled or steamed, peeled and mashed
- 4 Bread slices
- 1 Cup Paneer Shredded
- 1/4 Cup Finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Minced green chili
- 1/ tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- Salt To Taste
- Oil for frying
- 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 Cup Water

InstructionsÂ
- 1. Take a large Bowl and break 4 slices of fresh breads in it, and add mashed boiled potatoes, Shredded Paneer, and all the ingredients, Mix together all the ingredients and make a dough.
- 2. Divide the mixture into small portions and give donut like shape. keep it aside.
- 3. Now in another bowl, add in corn flour and gradually pour in the water; mixing continuously.
- 4. In a deep pan, heat the oil and dip the donut balls into cornstarch mixture and deep fry until golden brown.
Notes
1. You can use both Fresh or dry bread crumbs, These both wil give you crispy texture of this delicious Aloo Paneer Rings. 🙂
