Ingredients
- 2 Potato
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 2 medium Onion
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 large tomato
- 4-5 Garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- A pinch of Asafodita/Hing
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
- 8-10 cashewnut paste + 3-4 whole or broken
- Salt
- Water as required

Instructions
- Made a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and tomato and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Add the paste and saute for 2-3 mins. Add a pinch of hing, chilly powder, turmeric powder and saute for a min.
- Add the cashewnut paste along with the whole or broken cashewnuts. Season with salt, potatoes and fresh green peas, add some water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Let the pressure release by itself add Garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, cook for about 2 mins and take off the heat.
