Ingredients
- 4 -5 Potatoes medium size boiled
- 3 Tomatoes medium size chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger julienne
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1-2 leaves Curry
- 2 -3 Green Chillies
- Pinch Asafoetida or hing hing
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder turmeric powder powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- to Chilly Powder according taste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander fresh
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Boil potatoes, remove the skin and keep aside Take a pan, add oil, once it is heated up add mustard seeds and hing to this
- Now add ginger to this and sauté for a minute, add curry leaves and green chillies
- Now add chopped tomatoes cook for a minute or two, now add salt, chilly powder, haldi, coriander powder and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or till the tomatoes are cooked properly
- Now add boiled potatoes to this, simply crush potatoes with your hand and add
- Cook for this mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, then add 11/2 cup of water to this and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes
- Serve this hot with puri or chapati ....
Recipe Notes
As this one is without onion and garlic you can make during fast time also by replacing salt with rock salt
