Ingredients
- 4 -5 Medium size boiled potatoes
- 3 Medium size chopped tomatoes
- 1 Teaspoon ginger julienne
- 1 Teaspoon mustard seeds
- Few curry leaves
- 2 -3 green chillies
- Pinch of hing asafoetida
- 1/2 Teaspoon haldi powder turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
- Chilly powder according to taste
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
- Boil potatoes, remove the skin and keep aside Take a pan, add oil, once it is heated up add mustard seeds and hing to this
- Now add ginger to this and sauté for a minute, add curry leaves and green chillies
- Now add chopped tomatoes cook for a minute or two, now add salt, chilly powder, haldi, coriander powder and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or till the tomatoes are cooked properly
- Now add boiled potatoes to this, simply crush potatoes with your hand and add
- Cook for this mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, then add 11/2 cup of water to this and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes
- Serve this hot with puri or chapati ....
Notes
As this one is without onion and garlic you can make during fast time also by replacing salt with rock salt
