Instructions
- Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
- Make a soft dough with the help of water.
- Keep rest for 30 mins.
- Take a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato.salt.white pepper powder,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Now filling is ready.
- Divide the dough into balls.
- Stuff the filling in the dough and wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
- No need to use rolling pins.
- Heat enough oil in a pan.
- Add kachori lower the heat and fry till light brown.
- Serve hot with chutney
