Ingredients
  

  • All purpose flour - 1 bowl
  • Boiled n mashed potato - 1 bowl
  • Salt
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • For filling Boiled n mashed potato - 1 bowl
  • White pepper - a pinch
  • Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil - for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.

  • Make a soft dough with the help of water.

  • Keep rest for 30 mins.

  • Take a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato.salt.white pepper powder,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Now filling is ready.
  • Divide the dough into balls.
  • Stuff the filling in the dough and wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
  • No need to use rolling pins.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan.
  • Add kachori lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney
