Aloo Ka Halwa

Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes medium size, boiled, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup Ghee clarified butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder green
- 1/2 cup nuts mixed, chopped
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add grated potatoes and saute well. The more you saute the better the halwa tastes.
- Stir continuously as it tends to stick to the bottom a little. Add milk and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Cook till the sugar dissolves completely and the halwa starts leaving ghee. (At this stage you can drain out ghee in a bowl, can consume it later for some other dish)
- Add green cardamom powder and nuts and mix well. Serve warm.
