Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boiled potato
  • 2 Chopped green chili
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • 2 no. Chopped green or red tomato
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Heeng 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Pure ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Grate the potato.
  • Heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and pop the cumin seeds.
  • Now roast the garlic till golden add green chili red chili,salt,coriander powder and tomato ,cook till soften
  • Now add the grated potato and cook it become light red then add renaming ghee and lemon juice ,switch off the flame .
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with paratha.
