  • 4 Boiled potato
  • 2 Chopped green chili
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • 2 no. Chopped green or red tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Heeng 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Pure ghee 2 tbsp
How to cook?
  1. Grate the potato.
  2. Heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and pop the cumin seeds.
  3. Now roast the garlic till golden add green chili red chili,salt,coriander powder and tomato ,cook till soften
  4. Now add the grated potato and cook it become light red then add renaming ghee and lemon juice ,switch off the flame .
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with paratha.
