Aloo bhaji Many people are very much fond of potato. Eating on medium size potato ia day can be a part of healthy diet. It doesn't risk if the potato is steamed, boiled, baked and shallow fried. Here I shallow fried the aloo bhaji recipe with adding little poppy seeds to make it more tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium size potato
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon onion seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 hotless red chilli
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan add mustard oil, onion seeds and poppy seeds. Saute for a few seconds.

  • Add potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Mix together then sprinkle with little water and close the lid.

  • After 5 minutes add chopped hotless red chilli and again close the lid.

  • After then serve with rice/chapati or whatever you want.
