Ingredients
- 2 Corn cut in to 1 /1.5 inch thick cob
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 2 gm Flour tspn
- 2 Schezwan Sauce or garlic, or paste red chilly garlic paste or tspn
- 1 tspn Mixed Herbs
- 1/4 tspn red chili powder for mor spiciness
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Chaat Masala for sprinkle
- 1 Lemon

Instructions
- For marination:- In a bowl add hung curd,gram flour,mixed herbs,salt,red chilly garlic paste,red chilly powder mix it well and put aside.
- Take corn cobs n cut 1/1.5 inch thick in to discs.
- Add corn discs in to the marination and mix and it with hands so that the marinade coats each disks evenly.
- cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge for 45 min to 1 hour.
- Now preheat airfryer at 180 degree for 5 min afterwards arrange all the disks vertically in it and cook it for 20-25min
- when one side gets cooked turn the discs carefully to other side so that it gets properly cooked from all sides.
- finally sprinle some chaat masala and lemon juice on the corn discs and serve it .
Recipe Notes
you can marinate the corn disc overnight also.
you can adjust spiciness as per your requirement
