Ingredients
- 250 gm Cauliflower (grated )
- 1 medium Onion ( finally chopped)
- 2 Tomato (medium finally chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste (heaped)
- 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cardamom (crushed)
- 1 Black Cardamom (crushed)
- 2 Green Chillies (as per taste slitted)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (powder)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 2 leaves Bay Leaves 2 (bay)
- Coriander (fresh)
- Ginger (julians)

Instructions
- Soak grated cauliflower in warm water for 10 min. This step is to negate the effect of any worms
- Hear oil in a heavy bottom pan or wok. Add asafoetida cumin seeds . Let it splutter
- Once done add bay leaves and cardamom. Now add chopped onions. Fry till onions are golden brown on medium flame
- Add chopped tomatoes . Cook for 1 min. Add ginger paste green chilli kitchen king masala haldi powder and salt. Mix well.
- Cook for 2 min on medium flame and add grated cauliflower.
- Cook covered for 10 min on slow flame stirring in between. After 10 minutes cauliflower will be cooked.
- Fry for 2-3 min or until the leftover water dries if there is any.
- Garnish with ginger julions and fresh coriander
Recipe Notes
- Before grating cauliflower check for presence of any bugs in it
- In place of kitchen king Masala garam Masala powder can also be used.
- A tbsp of curd adds to the flavour however it is not necessary .
