Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar I used Lyva Organic Coconut Sugar
- 3/4 cup Desi Ghee
- 1/3 cup Cashews
- 1/3 cup Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions
- Adding little ghee in a pan roast wheat flour till nice aroma comes.
- Transfer it to a vessel. Add lyva organic coconut sugar.
- Add ghee. Roast in ghee cashews and raisins and them too. Add cardamom powder.
- Mix well. Grease your hand with little ghee and make ladoos.
- Serve immediately. You can store it for a maximum of 10 days.
Recipe Notes
- You can add almonds and pistas too.
- Don’t compromise on the said quantity of ghee.
- Store in an air tight container.
