  • 500 ml Yogurt low fat
  • 150 ml Mango Puree alphanso
  • 8 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg finely powdered
  • For Garnish: for garnish
  • 8 strands Saffron
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Fruits pistachios, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins chopped dry


  • Take the yogurt and tie in a muslin cloth for 4-5 hours to drain off excess water
  • Now take the obtained Hung Curd, add Sugar and mix well till it becomes smooth
  • Add powdered Nutmeg to enhance the flavor and mix well
  • Add mango puree, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and mix well. Top it with Saffron, Pistachio and Cashew nuts
  • Keep it in freezer and allow it to set for 4-5 hours. Serve chilled.
