Aam Ka Panna With Pudina Flavour And Orange Twist

Aam ka panna is the most common summer cooler drink.It help greatly in beating heat during summer.It is refreshing summer drink which is made from mango pulp and spices ..We have given a little twist in this by adding a orange pulp,which gives a tangy mango and a pulpy orange taste. Instead of sugar we have added Honey to make it more healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 large raw mango
- 1 Orange
- few pudina leaves
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1 Tbsp Honey

Instructions
- Boil the raw mango in the pressure cooker till they become soft inside, and the skin gets discolored.
- remove the peel and seed and take out the Mango pulp
- Transfer the mango pulp in mixing jar.
- Add few leaves of pudina into the mango pulp.
- deseed the Orange and take out the orange pulp.
- Add the Orange pulp into the mixture
- Add 1/2 cup of water and blend the mixture to get the smooth pulp.
- Add Honey
- Add jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala..and give it a stir.
- Add the Orange pulp before serving
