  • raw mango 250 gms
  • jaggery 250 gms
  • black salt 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • cloves 3 - 4
  • black pepper 3 - 4
  • cinnamon 1 inch stick
  • oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel mangoes/aam and grate it. Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves,cinnamon and black pepper to crackle. Add grated mango,jaggery, red chilly powder and little salt. Keep stirring on low flame till it thickeness n water dries out.
  • Dont over cook A finger licking pickle ready to eat.
