Aaloo Palak Tikki

Ingredients
- 2 cup Spinach chopped
- 1-2 Red Chillies dry
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 3-4 Potatoes boiled
- 2 slice Bread
- 1 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- Fruits dry as you wish
- Oil for fry

Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and red chili, mix well.
- once the color of cumin seeds changes add spinach, salt, and red chili powder and well saute until all water will be absorbed and prepare a dry mixture and keep aside.
- Remove sides from bread slice. Mash boiled potatoes and add bread slice, coriander leaves, salt, red chili and chat masala. Mix it well.
- Divide it into equal parts, stuff the patty with the mixture prepared and give it a shape of your choice. Now deep fry these patties and put it on the paper napkin for removing extra oil.
- Serve these potato spinach patties with sauce or green chutney.
