- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken tenderloin in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the coated chicken tenderloin in the egg mixture, making sure it's fully coated.
- Dredge the chicken tenderloin in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure it's fully coated.
- Repeat steps 5-7 for all chicken tenderloins.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they're not touching each other.
- Depending on the size of your air fryer and how many servings you plan to cook, you may need to run the air fryer more than once to cook all of the tenderloins.
- Spray the top of the chicken tenderloins with cooking spray.
- Air fry the chicken tenderloins for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch, buffalo, honey mustard, or barbeque.
