2 minutes coconut chutney is very easy idea with no fuss. I got this idea from my neighbor, one day I went to her house that time she was making dosa, she insisted me to eat.I had with this magical coconut chutney.it was super yum..ni fuss to scrap fresh coconut but taste like fresh ones..

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour curd
- 1/4 cup dry coconut powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
- 2-3 green chili as per your spice taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions
- First mix all ingredients coconut powder Ginger green chili black pepper curd water salt in a grinder and grind it. If mixture seem dry add little more water.
- Heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard seeds add red Kashmiri chilli add urad dal seeds and crackling it. Switch off the flame and pour the tempering over coconut chutney.
- Serve it with dosa idli or vada.
