Buhari Hotel – Review
Buhari is a multi-cuisine restaurant. The restaurant is well known for its varieties of Briyani’s, since 1951. Buhari restaurant is most commonly known for its unique dish “Chicken 65” which is originated in 1965, by its owner. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and also the service is warm and welcoming.

Whenever I visit Chennai, I never miss to go to BUHARI hotel, this doesn’t happens now but I use to visit this hotel right from my childhood. I and my grand fa, would go there sometime around evening and have dinner, later pack food for our grand ma. My grandfa loves to have their String hoppers and Paya (lamb leg curry).
Recently last week, we visited Chennai for my cousin’s marriage and later visited Hotel Buhari, Mount Road, and Chennai for our dinner. The restaurant was known for is simple and decent ambiance. The restaurant would be were crowded on weekends, since we visited on a week day there was no crowd and also we had a good time.
First of all we were served with Grape Juice, which was very delicious. We ordered for String hoppers, Paya (lamb leg curry), Buhari’s Ranjini Egg Parotta, Appam, Chicken 90 and fresh lime soda. As we had chicken 65 several times, this time tried out Chicken 90.
