Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks – Oven Baked

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hung curd
- Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Garam masala
- Tandoori masala
- Pepper powder
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Lemon juice

Instructions
- For first marinade: Marinate the chicken in some salt, chilli powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Keep refrigerated for an hour.
- For second marinade: In a bowl mix the curd and all the spices, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, a spoon of oil. Keep it in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven at 200 deg c. I hv used the microwave convection. Take a baking tray and line it with silver foil.
- Place a grill rack on it. Arrange the drumsticks on it. Drizzle little oil.
- Cook it for 30 mins. Remove and turn the pieces.
- Drizzle little oil and again cook for half an hour. The chicken will look chargrilled.
- No food colour added. Wrap the end with foil.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Serve it with salad and lemon wedges.
