This recipe is full of aroma when you taste, you will feel it. This is a lost recipe, now people are busy, they don't want to waste time. But I always like and enjoy experimental recipe. I have my own lemon tree.

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely sliced lemon skin
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Salt

Instructions
- First of all have to peal off the lemon skin and dip in water for 4-5 hours.
- Clean the skin by tearing white part and then finely sliced.
- Boiled in water with pinch of salt.
- Then first time you strain the water. Again add little water
- Water will reduce then add jaggery and salt, keep on stiring.
- Add raisin gradually it will become sticky and glossy. Add crushed black pepper and lemon juice.
- Now it is ready to eat. Keep in a air tight container. Best before six months.
Notes
You should remove the white skin layer Inside under green skin otherwise it will bitter taste.
