Ingredients
- Leftover cooked rice 2 cup
- Boiled and grated potato 1 cup
- Salt
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Chat masala powder 1 tsp
- Oil for shallow frying

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients instead of oil, make a smooth mixture.
- Divide the mixture into equal portion and make tikki.
- Heat a non stick pan, shallow fry the tikki golden. serve with chutney.
