Ingredients
- Garlic 5 Kernels cut into thin pieces
- semolina suji/Rava 1 spoon
- Milk 300 ml
- Dry Fruits for garnishing
- Ghee ½ Spoon
- Coconut Sugar according to taste

Instructions
- Take 5 garlic kernels, boil it for around 4-5 times until it vanishes the smell of garlic
- Take one spoon of suji (rava). Roast it on slow flame to light brown color
- Add milk to a thick bottom pan
- When milk reduced to 80% add roasted suji and Ghee
- Add Lyva Naturally organic coconut sugar
- Stir the mixture continuously to avoid formation of lumps
- Add boiled garlic pieces
- When the kheer starts boiling switch off the gas and Garnish it with Dry Fruits
