Ingredients
  

  • Garlic 5 Kernels cut into thin pieces
  • semolina suji/Rava 1 spoon
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Dry Fruits for garnishing
  • Ghee ½ Spoon
  • Coconut Sugar according to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take 5 garlic kernels, boil it for around 4-5 times until it vanishes the smell of garlic
  • Take one spoon of suji (rava). Roast it on slow flame to light brown color
  • Add milk to a thick bottom pan
  • When milk reduced to 80% add roasted suji and Ghee
  • Add Lyva Naturally organic coconut sugar

  • Stir the mixture continuously to avoid formation of lumps
  • Add boiled garlic pieces
