There are water festival in Burma in the month of April 13 th to 15th. This is such a recipe children are crazy to have the dessert.

Ingredients
- 250 gms corn flour
- 250 gms ghee
- 250 gms sugar
- 1 cup chopped mixed dry fruits
- 1/2 teaspoon food colour
- 1/2 litre water

Instructions
- Take a deep pan add water and boil. Make a smooth paste with corn flour.
- When it starts boiling add corn flour paste. Stir continuously.
- Add ghee and sugar. Without any fail stir continuously.
- Add food colour, chopped mixed dry fruits and green cardamom powder.
- When become thickened put off the flame. Take a flat tray brush with ghee and pour for setting. Set for 1 hour.
- Then cut into pieces and serve to lovely children
Notes
Make sure there should not be any lump.
